Crew-served weapons and the office = Fun. I brought a machine gun to the office, once.
Okay, yes, I was in the Marines. It was for a 'Basics' class so I could teach the other programmers a little bit about the M249.
And it was fun to have a SAW on my desk [1] on it's tripod while I was playing code monkey.
Master Sergeant: "What .. why .. do you have a SAW on your desk?"
Me: "Welcome to the complaint department!"
[1] With the feed cover up to show it was a safe weapon.
"We have a rocket launcher in the office today. I love my job."
